• BASE PREPARATION (UNI 11493 - POINT 7.3)

All substrates must be flat, seasoned, intact, compact, rigid, resistant, dry, free from release agents and rising damp. It is good practice to moisten highly absorbent cementitious substrates or apply a coat of Primer A Eco.

• ADHESIVE PREPARATION

Mixing water (EN 1348) Gray ≈ 31.5% - 34.5% by weight Shock White ≈ 32.5% - 35.5% by weight Mixing water on site Gray ≈ 8 ℓ / 1 bag Shock White ≈ 8 ℓ / 1 bag The water indicated on the package is indicative. It is possible to obtain mixes with a more or less thixotropic consistency according to the application to be carried out.

• APPLICATION (UNI 11493 - POINTS 7.9 / 11)

To ensure maximum adhesion, a thickness of adhesive must be created that can cover the entire back of the coating. Large, rectangular formats with side> 60 cm and low thickness slabs may require an adhesive application also directly on the back of the material. Check by sample that the adhesive has been transferred to the back of the material. Create elastic expansion joints: - ≈ 10 m2 outside, - ≈ 25 m2 inside, - every 8 m of length for long and narrow surfaces. Respect all structural, fractionation and perimeter joints present in the funds.
