How soon will my order be shipped?

We entrust our shipments to specialized and trusted couriers, including Bartolini, Tnt and Onexpress who work with professionalism and punctuality. The products are shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation and generally delivered within 48-72 hours throughout Italy. In case of shipment to destinations identified as disadvantaged and/or peripheral, the delivery could be slightly delayed.

All orders received after 12.30pm are processed the following day. Shipping times may vary according to the type of product and the shipping policies relating to the manufacturing companies, however at the time of purchase, you will be able to see the estimated delivery, always indicated in working days, and when you pass upon confirmation of the purchase you are always advised of the delivery times.

What does product available "ready for delivery" mean?

The products available for immediate delivery are the products in our warehouses and are generally shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation and generally delivered within 48-72 hours throughout Italy.

How can I check the status of my order?

As soon as your order is entrusted to the courier in charge of shipping, you will receive an email with all the information relating to your shipment.

In any case, you can track the status of your order HERE by entering your order number and your email.

How soon can I change my order?

Once the payment has been made, we will send you an email to inform you that your order is being prepared. In case you need to make changes, you can contact us by phone on 0831 1785001 from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 18.00

The order will no longer be modifiable once it has received the shipment confirmation email.

How are my products packed?

In order to guarantee the integrity of the products during shipment, all small and medium-sized products such as: taps, fittings, accessories, tools are packed in special containers with polystyrene protection. Particularly fragile or large products such as: ceramic sanitary ware, bathroom furniture, shower cubicles and floor and wall coverings are instead packaged in dedicated boxes and packed on pallets, in order to guarantee greater stability during transport and avoid breakage and/or or dents.

How can I exercise the right of withdrawal?

The right of withdrawal consists in the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and to obtain reimbursement of the expenses incurred. If you have decided to return the products purchased from our store, you simply need to notify us by sending an email to info@pianetaffari.it within 14 days of delivery . You will be able to decide in total freedom whether to return a part of your purchase or all the products. The only expenses that will be required of you and on which you cannot be reimbursed are those for shipping the product. The right of withdrawal is lost if the returned product is not intact, or if there is: lack of the original packaging; absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, instruction manuals, etc.); damage to the product for reasons other than transport. Pianetaffari will make the refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.

What do I do if my product is damaged?

All goods travel insured to protect our customers from possible damage due to transport. To make the insurance active, it is NECESSARY (under penalty of cancellation of the possibility of obtaining a replacement) that : the goods are accepted by the courier by signing with the wording "CONTRACT RESERVE" specifying the type of reserve (example: "CONTROL RESERVE FOR DAMAGED PACKAGE") and that any damage is reported no later than 3 days from receipt of the products. If the "control reserve" has been affixed and if the report is made in the correct time, we will send you the product immediately.

How to use the discount code

If you have a discount code available, to activate it, simply go to your shopping cart and enter it in the "Promo code" box and then click on Add. Any discount applicable to your order/account will automatically be applied to products in your cart that are not already subject to further promotions. Attention: once you have confirmed your order, it is not possible to add gifts and/or discounts.

Is it possible to schedule delivery on a specific day and have a floor delivery service (directly to my apartment)?

The delivery services "by appointment" and "delivery to the floor" can be requested on a quote. To protect our customers and not make them pay for a service that cannot be performed correctly, we have decided not to automatically manage them in the order conclusion process (checkout). In fact, these services are not available in all areas and floor delivery has limitations regarding the weight allowed for each product to be handled. We therefore prefer to evaluate each situation in detail with an ad hoc estimate so as to incur an additional expense for the customer only if the service is possible and useful. To request a quote on these services is very simple. Before placing an order, or immediately after completing it, send an email to info@pianetaffari.it requesting the additional service, we will let you know as soon as possible if the service is available and at what cost.
