How soon will my order be shipped?

Parcels are shipped via SDA or Corriere Bartolini within 12 hours of payment confirmation and generally delivered within 48-72 hours throughout Italy. In case of shipment to destinations identified as disadvantaged and/or peripheral, the shipment could be subject to slight delays. All orders received after 5pm are handled next day.

How can I check the status of my order?

As soon as your order has been entrusted to the courier in charge of the shipment, we will provide you with a link to track the package online. Shipping charges include handling and packing charges and postage. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment.

How soon can I change my order?

Once the payment has been made, you will receive an email indicating that your order is being prepared, if you need to make changes, you can contact us promptly at or by phone from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 13.00 and from 16.00 to 19.30 on 0831 1785001. The order can no longer be modified once it has received the shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.

How are my products packed?

All small, medium-sized products such as: Taps, fittings, accessories, tools are generally packed in special containers with polystyrene protection in order to guarantee the integrity of the products during shipment.

Particularly fragile or large products such as: ceramic sanitary ware and bathroom furniture are packaged in dedicated boxes and packed on pallets, in order to guarantee greater stability during transport and avoid breakages and/or dents.

How can I exercise the right of withdrawal?

Our main goal is your satisfaction: if you decide to return the products purchased from our store, you simply have to let us know within 14 days of delivery. You will be able to freely decide whether to return part of your purchase or all of the products: we will refund you the price of the returned products (excluding additional costs) as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days from when we became aware of your wish.
