Every year Gardenia produces an average of 4 million meters of ceramics, of which 1.5 million in bitech and 2.5 million in fine porcelain stoneware and all the special pieces.

The 280 employees who work daily on approximately 130,000 m² occupied by the company, can enjoy a stimulating work environment, aimed at continuous improvement, designed according to the principles of safety and comfort.

The Group is able to manage the ceramic product in a "complete cycle" by directly controlling all the phases necessary for ceramic processing, starting from the glazes up to the creation of the special pieces, also including the artisan and manual decoration phases typical of the best ceramic tradition.
