APPLICATIONS

Certificate for non-structural sealing of:

- Joints of boilers and industrial furnaces

FEATURES

Generality:

Features
- Resistant to temperatures from -40 ° to + 250 ° C (for a short time + 350 ° C while keeping the original characteristics unaltered).
- Excellent workability.
- Solvent-free.
- Resistant to aging and UV rays.
- Workability time: 10-25 minutes.
- Movement in service: 20%.
- Polymerization speed: 1-2 mm / 24 h.
- Application temperature: from + 5 ° to + 40 ° C.
- Storage: 18 months (in a cool place with a temperature below + 25 ° C).

Limitations
- Not suitable for applications where resistance to direct flame is required in operation.
- Not suitable for temperatures above + 350 ° C.
- Not suitable for surfaces that exude solvent oils or plasticizers.
- Not suitable for natural stone (it can stain).
- Not paintable, but compatible with water-based paints.
- Do not use in contact with organic elastomers such as EPDM, APTK and neoprene.
